Sold Out Isagenix University in Phoenix Provides Valuable Training, Motivation
CHANDLER, Ariz. - Feb. 25, 2006 - More than 250 Isagenix Associates packed a Phoenix hotel room Feb. 24 and 25 to be trained and motivated at the Isagenix University. The training-led by CEO and President Jim Coover and Senior VP of Sales and Marketing Kathy Coover-featured product training, presentation role-playing by Associates, a question and answer session, and more.
Associates use presentation role-playing to learn "sharing" techniques.
"The Isagenix University is the single most important thing we do for our Associates," said Jim Coover. "It gives us a chance to bond, learn from each other, and share our vision and experience with you."
Jim pointed out that the company cannot achieve its goals without first helping the Associates reach their goals. Kathy shared numerous success tips, including the importance of having an "attitude of gratitude" and being surrounded with positive people.
3-Star Golden Circle Lenny Evans from St. George, Utah, instructed fellow Associates how to develop a 30-second story, and encouraged attendees to treat people like they are the most important person in the world by always showing love and respect.
Isagenix Director of Field Development Larry Lantieri spoke on expanding the warm market by getting referrals. He said a good prospect has contacts, ethics, desire, time, ability, ambition, and is dissatisfied with something in his or her life.
